Sunset Hills Vineyard Gives Back

In 2005, Mike and Diane created a charitable foundation from which they support a wide range of worthy causes. Below are a few they've helped through their foundation and with the support Sunset Hills Vineyard's generous customers.

ECHOworks, which offers "comprehensive, individualized employment, vocational training and community integration opportunities for persons with disabilities."
Franklin Park Arts Center, which provides "quality performing, visual and literary arts programming in an accessible, affordable manner to promote individual creativity and overall creative expression."
Loudoun Interfaith Relief, whose mission is to "feed the hungry by providing emergency food assistance to those in need to any person or family living in Loudoun County."
Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, which is "is dedicated to empowering, enhancing and enriching the lives of individuals with physical, cognitive or psychological challenges through the benefits of horseback riding, carriage driving or other equine assisted activities and therapies."
Purcellville Volunteer Fire Company
The National Zoo's Grapes with the Apes, which supports "animal care, conservation science, education, and sustainability at the National Zoo."
The Park Lab at Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Research Center
Tour de Cure: American Diabetes Association
Supporting our Troops
Homes for Our Troops, which provides "specially adapted homes for our severely wounded service members all over the country at no cost to them."

Save the Manatee Club, a non-profit organization who works to "protect endangered manatees and their aquatic habitat for future generations."
Doctors Without Borders, an organization of volunteer doctors and nurses who "provide urgent medical care in countries to victims of war and disaster regardless of race, religion, or politics."
The Michael Canney Endowed Scholarship in Physics, a scholarship for Hard Science Majors in financial need who have a focus on entrepreneurial endeavors.
