Both the barn and the smaller Stone Chandelier Room (which is perfect for meetings of up to 20 people) include sound systems and plasma screens to make your company party or corporate presentation a success.

Corporate Meetings

Pricing starts at $750 for weekday corporate meetings or celebrations and includes:

•	The use of our 8,000 square foot historic barn and beautiful grounds.
•	Use of our tastefully lit upper and lower decks (2,500 total sq. ft. One level covered).
•	Use of sound system, and large presentation plasma screens.
•	Use of Stone Chandelier room for board and management meetings.
•	Use of Sunset Hills Vineyard etched logo wine glasses for the event.
•	Ample parking for your colleagues and clients.
•	Seating for up to 140 on our tables and chairs (ergonomic mahogany wooden chairs and tables, and ergonomic bronze bistro tables and chairs on both decks).
•	Our Hospitality and Events Manager for one hour of consultation and coordination.
•	One staff member available during the event for emergency assistance.
•	One Sunset Hills Vineyard wine server in the tasting room during the event.
Additional Optional Amenities:
•	Catered breakfast with pastries, coffee, and juices.
•	Catered lunch with an assortment of gourmet sandwiches, sides and soft drinks.

Pricing starts at $2,000 for holiday parties, company dinners and corporate fundraisers and includes:

•	The use of our 8,000 square foot historic barn and beautiful grounds.
•	Use of our tastefully lit upper and lower decks (2,500 total sq. ft. One level covered).
•	Our Hospitality and Events Manager for one hour of consultation and coordination.
•	One staff member available during the event for emergency assistance.
•	Use of our gourmet kitchen for your selected caterer.
•	Complimentary wine tasting for corporate coordinator and guest prior to event.
•	Ample parking for your guests and limo.
•	Use of Flat Screen television and Stereo System.
•	Access to prepare for the event (1 ½ hours of preparations time for your caterer).
•	Use of Sunset Hills Vineyard etched logo wine glasses for the event.
•	Sunset Hills Vineyard Pre-Screened Vendor Referral list.
