A Night of Specialty WinesTime:
How is port made? What about sparkling wine? Do they really pick grapes at -15 degrees for premium ice wine? Join our winemaker, Nate Walsh, for a night focused on specialty wines – ports, dessert wines, sparkling wines, and more. Taste examples of each wine style as you learn about the winemaking methods involved. Reservations required and must be made by Wednesday, February 15th.
Open That Bottle DayTime:
Open That Bottle Night is a yearly wine tradition spearheaded by Dorothy Gaiter and John Brecher, two wine writers who feel that we often never drink our most precious bottles of wine, because while we’re waiting for an occasion “special” enough the bottles gather dust in our cellars. We’ll be celebrating the event all day on Saturday, February 25th, by offering a special tasting of our most successful and rare reserve and library wines.

Winemaker for a DayTime: Winemaker for a Day is our most popular event of the year, and it is coming up fast! These events are lead by our winemaker Nate Walsh, who will show you how to create award-winning wines. Not just explain it, but help you to blend different percentages of our best 2010 barreled wines. You get to make the blends, and if you are happy with your work, we will bottle YOUR blend for you! How cool is that?! Our 2010 wines are fantastic, and as they await our own blending and bottling next summer, you get an early opportunity to taste them, blend them, and possibly take them home. Sign up for one of the two Winemaker for a Day sessions, and taste these wines, and create your own award winner! Buy a case or more, and we will bottle your blend for you to pick up in early December. Each session lasts about two hours and lite fare will be served. Reserve your spot by clicking the Google Checkout button now, and create your own personal red wine blend. Space is limited for each event, so don’t wait!

Grab a glass and stay out late on a school night with us and the horn and six-string of The Scott Reminger Duo. These nights are Estate Club exclusive and will last from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Each ticket includes entry into the event and a glass of wine. Reservations are required.
