Winemaker's Notes: This wine is a homage to the traditional amber wines of Georgia. By fermenting the Chardonnay on its skins, much like a red wine, we’ve created a crisp, focused, and slightly tannic wine that perfectly complements the bright fruit characteristics of the Chardonnay grape. This unique process has resulted in a wine that offers an intriguing complexity and depth, making it a truly special addition to our collection.

Impressions: The palate is richly textured with flavors of dried stone fruits and orange peel, complemented by a slight spiciness reminiscent of clove and cinnamon. The extended skin contact has imparted a tannic structure more commonly associated with red wines, giving it a unique mouthfeel.
